Hobbs of Henley Ltd reserve the right to postpone or cancel any ticketed cruises due to adverse river conditions/insufficient ticket sales/performer illness/forced business closure by regional or national restriction/or any condition beyond company control. In the event of postponement or cancellation customers will be given the option to rebook on a new date or receive an online credit for the ticket price only. Hobbs of Henley will not be responsible for any further costs.

Self-Drive Hire T&Cs
Advance bookings for a day are only bookable online (please visit our booking site).
If you proceed with on-line payment you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Cancellation policy: no refunds will be given unless river conditions prevent the hire taking place.
No refunds will be given in situation of force majeure/forced business closure by regional and national restrictions or any other condition beyond the companies control. In this situation we will offer an online credit on your account to be used at a later date.
